Shape the leadership of the future

About the event

How is leadership shaped and what influences who gets the opportunity to lead?

Join us on this event with an inspirational talk by Add Gender followed by an interactive workshop, where you will: 

• Explore barriers and opportunities for inclusive leadership 

• Discuss norms shaping the future of work 

• Contribute ideas for more sustainable and inclusive organisations in Västra Götaland

This event is Primarily for Master's students in sustainability. Open to all students subject to availability.

The day is part of the project Leadership for Gender-Equal Societies, funded by Västra Götalandsregionen, initiated by the WIN WIN Award.

The results of the event will contribute to 10 regional recommendations to be launched in the autumn, and you have the opportunity to shape them.
