ABOUT THE EVENT
How do you lead sustainable change over time, and how do you build the capacity of those around you to do the same?
On 14 October, WIN WIN Award and the City of Gothenburg hosts a masterclass with two of the world's most inspiring change leaders: the 2026 laureates on the theme of Gender-Equal Societies.
Dr.Alaa Murabit is a physician and peacebuilder who has spent more than a decade reshaping how the world understands the link between gender equality and peace - from founding Voice of Libyan Women in the midst of civil war at just 21, to helping shape the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and mobilising over $125 million for maternal health worldwide.
Julieta Martínez, 22, from Chile, founded Tremendas at the age of 15 — a platform now operating in 18 countries that equips young women with the tools, training and networks to lead change on climate, gender equality and sustainable development.
Together, we'll explore what it takes to mobilise others, to sustain leadership over the long term, and to make space for others to lead.
