Female Founders Roundtable

Change does not happen on its own. It is created when people meet, share experience, open doors and lift each other up. This roundtable gathers invited female business leaders and founders for a conversation with the 2026 WIN WIN laureates.  The ambition is to inspire the people gathered and turn shared experience into momentum for more women starting, building and scaling companies and initiatives.

DATE: 15 October

TIME: 16:30-18:00 LOCATION: SEB, Östra Hamngatan 24, floor 4.

The room brings together knowledge, networks, courage and commitment, and the conversation centres on what that combination can achieve. It asks how the laureates' experience can be translated into action within participants' own organisations, which of their success factors can be passed on to more women who want to start, grow and lead companies, and how the next generation of women entrepreneurs can be given even better conditions than those before them had. This roundable is arranged by SEB and WIN WIN Award. Interested in joining the conversation? Contact Pernilla Johnsson for an invitation.
