Solution Studio

Solution Studio brings students face to face with the people shaping this year's WIN WIN theme, Gender-Equal Societies. Over the course of an interactive class, participants work directly with concrete challenges the 2026 laureates have encountered in their work, testing ideas and proposing solutions grounded in real experience rather than theory.

PLACE: Learning Lab, Sven Hultins Plats The workshop brings together students from the Master's Programme in Management and the Bachelor's Programme in Sustainable Development, Societal Change and Climate Transition. Working in small groups, students engage directly with the laureates' own accounts of the obstacles they have faced, using these as the starting point for structured problem-solving. The session is guided by Professor Niklas Egels Zandén.

The workshop features:

Dr. Alaa Murabit, 2026 WIN WIN Award laureate. Murabit is a physician, security strategist, and capital architect. Murabit works across community organising and international policy, including at the UN Security Council, on placing gender equality at the centre of peace, resilience and sustainable development. Her work translates gender equality into concrete action, policy and financing as a tool for stability.

Julieta Martínez, 2026 WIN WIN Youth Award laureate. Martínez is the founder of Tremendas and works on young women's leadership in gender equality, climate resilience and sustainable change, building capacity and connecting young people across borders.

Professor Niklas Egels Zandén, School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg. Egels Zandén is Head of the Management & Organisation section and Director of the Centre for Business in Society, with a research focus on integrating sustainability into business strategy and supply chains.
